SLS (selective laser sintering)

SLS Process:
Sintered parts, or SLS models are ideal when you need tough, stable parts for harsh environment testing or end-use applications. Materials range from flame retardant, polypro, reinforced, and elastomerics. SLS is an additive layer-by-layer process using a high-temperature laser to melt and fuse, or sinter, powdered plastics or metal into a three-dimensional part.
Lead time: Normally 1-5 business days depending on the capacity of the equipment when the order is placed. Local customers are welcomed to pick up models from our facility
SLS Advantages:
Material options: Wide material options and tough stable parts makes SLS perfect for direct manufacturing.
