SLA Process:

Stereolithogray (SLA) is considered the grandfather of rapid prototyping. We use high definition and production SLA technology from 3D Systems, the inventors and global leaders in Stereolithography. The process consists of a vat of liquid resin which is cured layer by layer using a laser.

Large Part Capacity: We have the ability to build 60" long parts as a single piece. (59” x 30” x 22”)

Lead time: Normally 1-4 business days depending on the capacity of the equipment when the order is placed. Local customers are welcomed to pick up models from our facility

SLA Advantages:

Material options: The material properties mimic those of several engineering thermoplastics, including thermal resistance, stiffness, flexibility and transparency to meet demanding prototyping, testing and application needs.

SLA Models are perfect for: master patterns for injection molding core and cavity inserts, thermoforming, sand casting, blow molding, and various metal casting processes.
