Step 1) Send us a 3D CAD file in one of the following formats:

• .stl (highest resolution)
• .stp or .step
• .igs or .iges
• Pro/ENGINEER
• SolidWorks
• Inventor

Step 2) ProtoCafé provides you with a formal quotation for your review:
We don't automate this step because our service reps review every file to ensure we can provide you with the most competitive pricing available.

Step 3) You provide ProtoCafé with either a purchase order or credit card to place the order against the quotation given in step 2.

Step 4) ProtoCafé goes to work printing your models and performs any finishing services requested.

Step 5) ProtoCafé packages all prototypes safely for shipment.
Shipping costs are applied to the invoice per customer specifications. Customer shipping accounts are welcomed, and local pick up is always an option.
